New Ideas for a New Stock Market

Dear Reader,

Last week was one of the more amazing we've seen in the stock market with multiple small and microcap companies experiencing extraordinary volume and price appreciation. In fact, as the Dow crossed into positive territory for the first time in 2009, four Small Cap Sentinel featured companies exploded. This emboldens our firm belief that all that money on the sidelines is just waiting for the right company to pounce upon.

Each of these deals appeared to be motivated by varied and perhaps multiple factors. Some had big news, were in hot sectors or simply got some overdue exposure. The results were compelling. But this week will be a test for each of them. Will they be able to hold their gains and move further on? Or will a retreat be in order?

Take a look at the snapshots below of each of our recent features and be sure to watch them over this important trading week. By the way, we haven't sweet spotted the charts. Each one is simply the chart from Monday's open to Friday's close. The charts tell the story well.

And if you've got a deal that you think needs to be covered in Small Cap Sentinel shoot us an email at integrityir@gmail.com

Looking at the Breakouts.
GWS Technologies (OTCBB:GWSC) was the top performer of a stellar cast of featured companies last week with an extraordinary appreciation, going from .25 on Monday's open to $1.85 at Friday's close. The solar company appears to have benefited greatly from the market's love affair with solar companies and by news that the company has submitted plans for a wind farm near Phoenix.

Here's the chart for last week.

Marine Exploration, Inc. (OTCBB:MEXP) rode a steady stream of much-needed exposure to a fantastic week. MEXP shares traded incredible volume as the chart below demonstrates and the stock moved from .09 on Monday's open to a phenomenal close of .17. Clearly, word of the company's treasure hunting deep sea business plan found acceptance among market watchers.

Uranium Hunter Corporation (OTCBB:URHN) joined the growing club of fast rising uranium equities though the diversified company also has interests in other resources such as gold and silver. Uranium Hunter closed up for the week on an enormous increase in trading volume that indicates the company's profile has more than likely greatly increased. News releases indicating progress in their various mining endeavors appear to have stoked the fires of interest and now the company should have a broader audience following the company's execution of its business plan.

Strategic American Oil Corporation (OTCBB:SGCA) also had a strong week, ending up for the five day period on Friday with heavy trading days in that duration. As with URHN, SGCA seemed to have benefited from increased exposure and company news.
